I have started a new year with the Secret and Caring Sisters over at Stampin Connection.  Here are the cards I received for January.  Aren't they wonderful?

Life Book 2019 Angel

I am playing along this year with a mixed media on line class called Life Book 2019.  The first week we created an "Angel" to watch over our art :)  

I have never done faces or people before so was hard - the teacher did give us a photo so we could trace the outlines using graphite paper which was a huge help.  I look forward to learning more.

Merry & Bright tablecloth

I finished the quilt from Pat Sloan's Merry & Bright weekly sew along and am using it as a tablecloth.  I was gifted some vintage tablecloths at Christmas from my dear friend Lynn and used the red one on the back.  Sorry no picture yet of back.  And the funny part is I posted the quilt on Pat Sloan's blog post of our quilt ( along with 180 others) and my number was chosen to win a prize - was computer generated  and random drawing.  I am having a lucky streak.
